Filter and search your campaigns

Abstract

Learn how to use filters and search queries to organize your campaigns.

There are several ways to organize, filter, and search your email marketing campaigns. You can filter your existing campaigns by Label and by Status, and search by name, type, ID, or any keyword.

To filter and search your campaigns:

  1. On the menu bar, click Campaigns.

  2. Click the Filter by label drop-down menu that appears above the list of campaigns to select one of the available labels that you have added to any of your campaigns, and filter your list.

  3. Click the Filter by status drop-down menu select one of the following campaign status options:

    • All - displays all campaigns.

    • Archived - old campaigns for which the data is no longer available.

    • Draft - campaign creation procedure has not been completed, and that there are still things to be done, before it is sent out.

    • Not Enough Credits - campaign cannot be sent because you have run out of credits.

    • Scheduled - you have not asked for the immediate delivery of your campaign, and the dispatch will begin at the time you have specified.

    • Selecting Winner - campaign is an A/B testing campaign which is currently running the test for the winning version.

    • Sending - campaign is in the process of being sent to your recipients’ inboxes.

    • Sent - campaign has been sent to the email list(s) and/or the segment(s) you selected.

    • Subscription Expired - your campaign cannot be sent because your subscription has expired and needs to be renewed.

    • Subscription Limits Exceeded - your campaign cannot be sent because you have exceeded the limits of your subscription plan.

    Note

    Filtering by status can provide you with useful information about important actions you may need to take regarding your campaigns.

  4. Use the search bar to search by name or by type. Enter keywords or use the campaign ID to quickly find a specific campaign.
