What trigger events can be automated?

The actions your email campaign subscribers take inside your newsletter, or your website, set your automation in motion - whatever it is that starts the chain reaction is what we call a trigger.

The available trigger events which you can use for your automations are:

  • When someone opens any campaign
  • When someone opens a specific campaign
  • When someone clicks on any link in any campaign

  • When someone subscribes to any list
  • When someone unsubscribes from any list
  • When someone subscribes to a specific list

  • When any custom field value is changed
  • When a specific custom field value is changed
  • When a custom field value is changed to a specific value
  • When a specific date is reached
  • When someone browses any page
  • When someone browses a specific page
  • When someone purchases any product
  • When someone purchases a specific product
  • When someone adds any product to their cart
  • When someone adds a specific product to their cart
