Why is my campaign's status set as Scheduled?

When you have completed the Create Campaign Procedure steps and your campaign is ready to be sent out to your recipients, you'll be left with two options to choose from:

  • Send your campaign right away
  • Schedule your campaign to be send at a later time

If you have opted to send the campaign at a later time, then its current Status as seen on the Campaign page will be indicative of this choice. To check the current Status for each campaign all you have to do is follow the steps bellow:

1. Click on the Campaignbutton, located on the left side of your Control Panel page. Email Marketing Campaign Status : Click on the Campaigns button

2. You will find Status on the third column of the Campaign Table. Email Marketing Campaign Status : Scheduled

The Status should be "Scheduled for dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss on Time Zone" to indicate that you have not asked for the immediate delivery of your campaign. The dispatch of your campaign will begin at the specified time and date.
