One of the ways you can change the look of your subscription form is by adjusting the style of its Placeholder. The placeholder specifies a short hint that describes the expected value of an input area.
1. Hover your mouse over your form and click on the Settings icon to display its settings on the left side of your Form Designer page.
2. Scroll down the form settings until you find the Placeholder Styles option, then click on it to expand the menu.
You are now presented with quite a few ways to alter your field's Placeholder.
- Placeholder Font
Select a font for your Placeholder out of a drop-down menu.
- Placeholder Font Size
Set the desired font size for your Placeholder either by using the up/down arrows, or by typing it in directly.
- Placeholder Font Color
Use the color palette to select a color for your Placeholder's text.
- Placeholder Decorations
Choose between Italic, Bold, or Underlined for your Placeholder's text.
- Apply Field Styles
You can choose this option to apply the same style as the one your set for the Fields of your form.
- Apply Label Styles
You can choose this option to apply the same style as the one your set for the Labels of your form.
