How can I set a different payment method as the default?

Supposing that you have already added multiple payment methods on your Moosend account, you may want to set a different payment method as your default one! In case you have only one payment method saved, you will need to add a new payment method first and then set it as the default.

Once you make your first purchase, there is always going to be a default payment method saved on your Moosend account.

To set a different payment method as the default, follow the steps below: 

1. Click on the Billing button, located on the top menu area of your Moosend account.

2. Click on the three dots icon of the payment method you want to set as your default one.

3. Click on the Set as default option to set it as your default payment method.

Just to remind you that in case you are on a recurring subscription, the card that will be used for renewing your plan automatically is the card you added as your default payment method.

 

Don't forget that you can always add a new payment method or remove an existing one!
