Once you add a Form element to a Container within your landing page, the Form element settings become available on the left side of your Moosend Landing Page Designer page. You have many options that will allow you to tweak your Form element to your heart's content!
One of the ways you can change the look of your Form element is by adjusting the style of its Placeholder. The placeholder specifies a short hint that describes the expected value of an input area. Scroll down the settings until you find the Placeholder Styles option, then click on it to expand the menu.
You are now presented with quite a few ways to alter your field's Placeholder.
- Placeholder Font
Select a font for your Placeholder out of a drop-down menu. - Placeholder Font Size
Set the desired font size for your Placeholder either by using the up/down arrows, or by typing it in directly. - Placeholder Font Color
Use the color palette to select a color for your Placeholder's text. - Placeholder Decorations
Choose between Italic, Bold, or Underlined for your Placeholder's text.
- Apply Field Styles
You can choose this option to apply the same style as the one your set for the Fields of your form.
- Apply Label Styles
You can choose this option to apply the same style as the one your set for the Labels of your form.
