Send a campaign or schedule its delivery

One of the final steps in the email marketing campaign creation process is scheduling the delivery of your campaign. You can select the following options: 

  • Send your campaign immediately
  • Schedule your campaign for a later time

A. Immediate delivery

To send your campaign immediately:

  1. In the top navigation bar, click the Campaigns tab and click the name of the campaign you want to send.
  2. Click Schedule delivery.

  3. Toggle I want to send this campaign now to Active to send your campaign immediately. This places your campaign on our delivery queue so that it is sent as soon as possible.

  4. Click Next to apply your changes and proceed to Preview step.schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_3.png
  5. Click Send.

B. Scheduled delivery

To send your campaign at a later time:

  1. In the top navigation bar, click the Campaigns tab and click the name of the campaign you want to schedule.
  2. Click Schedule delivery.schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_4.png
  3. Toggle I want to to schedule this campaign to be sent at a specific time to Active to send your campaign at a later time. This places your campaign on hold, to be sent out at the exact time and date that you specify. schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_5.png
  4. Enter the details in the Date and time field by selecting it from the pop-up calendar, and clicking OK. schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_6.png
  5. In the Timezone drop-down list, select the timezone for the date and time you specified. schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_8.pngImportant: The data and time, and time zone you select here are used for the delivery of your campaign. This is different from what you have set up in your Account Settings
  6. Click Next to apply your changes and proceed to Preview step.schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_9.png
  7. Click Schedule.

C. Change the campaign delivery schedule

If you selected the option to send your campaign at a specific date and time, you can always change the schedule before sending your campaign.

To change the campaign delivery schedule:

  1. In the top navigation bar, click the Campaigns tab. 
  2. Navigate to the campaign you want to reschedule and in the last column, click Edit_campaign_icon.png.schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_10.png
  3. Scroll down to the Delivery section and click Edit.schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_11.png
  4. Edit the Date and time and Timezone for the scheduled delivery of your campaign and then click Next.schedule_a_campaign_and_send_it_whenever_I_want_12.png
  5. Click Schedule.
