Whether you are creating a new campaign or editing an existing one, you can enable the option to resend your campaign to people who did not open it. This allows you to connect to your subscribers and give them a second chance to open your newsletters.
Note: You can also use the option to manually resend your campaign to non-openers.
A. Resend the campaign to non-openers
To automatically resend the campaign to non-openers:
- In the top navigation bar, click the Campaigns tab.
- Find the campaign that you want to resend and click the name of the campaign.
- Click the Schedule delivery step, and toggle the Resend campaign to non-openers switch to On.
- Fill out the fields with the required information. You must specify the following:
- Resend campaign after -The time that should elapse after the original campaign is delivered.
- Resend campaign subject line - The subject of your recent campaign. You can leave this field empty if you do not wish to change the subject.
- Resend campaign "from" name - The sender of your resent campaign.
- Click Next to continue.
Note: Once you have configured a campaign to be resent, the resend version appears under the original campaign in the campaign overview.
B. Edit settings for automatic resending of a campaign
To edit settings for automatic resending of a campaign:
- In the top navigation bar, click the Campaigns tab.
- Find the campaign that you want to edit and in the last column of the campaign you want to edit, click
.
- In the Preview step, scroll down to the Delivery section and click Edit to change the automated scheduled resending of your campaign.
- Make the changes that you want for the scheduled delivery of your campaign and then click Next.
