Reasons why a sender is not verified

After you set up a new sender, and the sender passes all checks, the sender receives a verification email message with an activation link. Once the sender clicks the activation link, the sender is verified in the Verified column.

If the sender does not pass all checks, it appears as rejected in the Verified column, and the check box is empty.  This can be due to the following:

  • No website was found associated with your sender address domain.
  • The reputation of your website, your domain, or your sender's address does not meet the set threshold.

If the Verified check box of a particular sender is not selected, it means that you have not verified the particular sender when you created the address. Possibly, you missed the confirmation email message that was sent to the sender's email address. Check your inbox or spam folder for a Moosend confirmation email. It is a good idea to add Moosend to your Safe Senders List so that you'll always receive our messages in your inbox.
