To increase the impact of your email marketing campaigns, it is important to know which parts of your previous campaigns stood out for your audience.
To track the most popular links:
- In the top navigation bar, click the Reports tab and click Campaign Reports.
- Click the name of the campaign whose link performance you want to check.
- In the menu on the left, click Track link clicks.
- You can now view the following:
- Click map - shows you the content of your newsletter campaign along with indications on how many clicks each link has received. If you click Show all, the bubbles that appear over your original content correspond to the links that have been clicked; inside these bubbles there is a number, indicating how many times each link has been clicked. The most popular links are the ones with the larger bubbles and the larger numbers inside.
To download the information as a PDF, in the top-right corner, clickand click Download PDF. To hover your mouse over the area where a link exists and see the total clicks for each link, click Hover.
- Performance per link - shows you how many clicks (unique clicks vs total clicks) each link has received. It displays a list that contains all the unique links of this particular campaign sorted in order of popularity. Each link has its own bar graph showing both Unique Clicks and Total Clicks.
In the top-right corner, clickto send the information to your account email as a CSV file, or to download it as a PDF. The CSV option sends you the full list, whereas the PDF option only downloads the links visible on the page you are currently viewing.
- Recipient Clicks - shows you how each recipient reacted to each specific link inside your campaign. Most likely, the higher the click count, the more interested the recipient was in the content relating to that link. You can also click
