You can check your campaign's status to understand the progress of your email marketing campaigns. It can also tell you if there is any action needed or an issue with your campaigns.
To check the status of a campaign:
- In the top navigation bar, click the Campaigns tab.
- In the Status column, you can check the status of each campaign. The following table describes the different statuses available:
Status Description Archived An inactive campaign for which the data and reports are no longer available. Draft A campaign that is saved in the campaign creation process but is not yet completed or sent out. Not Enough Credits A campaign that cannot be sent because you have run out of credits. To send your campaign, you must purchase a Subscription plan or credits. Queued for sending A campaign that is still in the queue and sent out soon.
Scheduled A campaign that is not sent for immediate delivery and dispatched at the delivery date and time you've specified. Selecting Winner An A/B split test campaign that is currently running the test to determine the winning version. Sending A campaign that is in the process of being sent and on its way to your recipients’ inboxes. Sent A campaign that has been sent to the email list(s) and/or the segment(s) you've selected. Subscription Expired A campaign that cannot be sent because of an expired subscription.
To send your campaign, check that your payment method is still valid. Then purchase a Subscription plan or credits.Subscription Limits Exceeded A campaign that cannot be sent because you have exceeded the limits of your subscription plan.
