Although it is easy to create automation workflows, it Is not always possible to predict all your requirements. You might need to stop an automation workflow and redesign it. You can continue to customize the automation while your campaign progresses.
A. Pause an automation
- In the top navigation bar, click the Automation tab.
- On the My Automation Workflows page, find the automation you want to pause and set the Active toggle switch to Inactive. Your automation won't get triggered unless you unpause or reactivate it.
A. Reactivate an automation
- In the top navigation bar, click the Automation tab.
- On the My Automation Workflows page, find the automation you want to reactivate and set the Inactive toggle switch to Active.
C. Edit a workflow
- In the top navigation bar, click the Automation tab.
- On the My Automation Workflows page, find the automation you want to edit.
- Click
in the last column of the automation and click Edit.
- Click + on the part of the workflow where you want to add a step.
- To remove a step, click
and then click Remove.
- To undo the removal of the step, click Undo.
- To edit any step, click the step to display the corresponding dialog and edit its parameters.
