It is good practice to change your Moosend account password regularly. We recommend that you change passwords in your account settings once every three months. Make sure the new password is strong and secure. See password do's and don'ts for guidelines.
To change your password:
- In the top navigation bar, click
and click Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click Set your account settings.
- In the Current password and New password fields, enter your old and new passwords.
Note: Passwords must be between 8 and 50 characters long and must have at least one lowercase and one uppercase character, one number, and one special character. - In the Confirm password field, enter the same password, then click Save.
