When a new subscriber joins your email list, you can send them a welcome email that informs them about the benefits they have gained from subscribing. In Moosend, you can automate this process to ensure that the welcome email is sent immediately to new subscribers and create follow-up activities for them depending on whether or not they opened the welcome email message.
Important: You must connect your account in our platform to your website to let Moosend identify your customers when they visit your website and set up the welcome email automation.
