As with every other aspect of your email campaigns, our platform gives you all the information you need so that you're always up to speed with how your automations are faring at any given moment. Follow their metrics to learn what works for your subscribers, your site visitors, your customers.

Let's see what statistics you can get out of your automations:
A. Locating the automations
1. On your Dashboard, hover your mouse over the Automation tab.
You are now on your Automation page where all your automations are listed according to when they were created. You can see the title you gave to each automation, as well as its current status (re: active, inactive, or incomplete) and the option to edit / duplicate /, delete the automation. Let's see what other information this page provides in terms of statistics and numbers that showcase the efficiency of each automation you've set up.
B. Checking the available metrics
The columns on the right of your workflow's name offer some insight into how it has been progressing.
Here are the available metrics:
The number of times this automation has been triggered.
The number of actions that have taken place since the automation has been activated.
The total number of times each campaign contained in the automation has been opened.
The total number of clicks received by each campaign is contained in the automation.
The status of your automation workflow; can be active, inactive, or incomplete if there are tasks left for you to complete.
C. Diving into the details
If you want to view all the statistics available, click on Expand tasks below each automation.
An additional section of info appears underneath the automation line. Here's what it contains:
- Subject Line
The subject line of each campaign utilized by the automation.
The number of times each campaign contained in the automation was dispatched.
The number of times each campaign was opened.
The number of times each campaign received a click.
The number of people who unsubscribed from your email list after receiving this campaign.
If you find yourself needing even more information and want to get into the details of each separate campaign inside your automation, then all you have to do is click on the round button on the right side of the details.
This button will have you directed to the Campaign Overview, from where you have access to multiple charts reports pertaining to the performance of each newsletter you have sent out, all in real-time.
Alternatively, you can also access your Automation report by hovering over a send email step and clicking on the pie-chart icon which appears to its left.
D. Checking the statistics per step
You can check the statistics for each step of your Automation, by simply clicking on your Automation. Once you open your automation, you can see the statistics for each step on its left side.
Step statistics comprise of an integer, displaying how many times the specific step has been processed, and a percentage, which shows you the ratio in which your triggered flows branched to the left or right of a step.
