Our platform allows you to identify your website users, which will come in handy when you start designing your own automation workflows. Among the available trigger types, there is one titled "When someone purchases any product". As its name implies, this trigger reacts by putting your automation in action when someone purchases any product from one, or from all the websites that you manage.
There are two parameters that you need to define on this type of trigger:
1. You need to choose whether the automation will be triggered for every purchase made, or whether it will be triggered on the first purchase made only.
2. The second parameter you need to define is the website(s) where the purchase needs to take place in order to trigger your automation.
You can find a list of the websites which you manage on the drop-down menu, as well as an option to track all of your websites. Based on your choice, events from a selected website will be used, ignoring all other websites, or events from all of your websites will be used. After you are done, click on the Save button to have your trigger ready and waiting inside your workflow.
This was the first step towards creating your own automation which will be triggered whenever someone purchases any product from your website. To move ahead with your current design you should take a look at how to use the Conditional / Control steps and how to use Actions.
