Deactivate your account

If you need to deactivate your account on our platform, you can send an email to our support team, stating your reasons and requesting the termination of your account, or refrain from logging in to your account for at least 300 days. It will automatically be deactivated after 300 days of dormancy. 

If you need to save data from your account, you must export all data before requesting to deactivate your account.

To reactivate your account and access your data after cancellation, you need to purchase a new plan.
