There are two reasons why an account has become inactive:
- You have selected to terminate your account and have thus sent an email to our platform's always available support team, asking for the account termination, stating your reasons for this request.
- Your account has been inactive for 300 days or more, in which case it has been flagged as such.
Be advised that you have 30 days to reactivate your account by contacting our support team and requesting that your account be re-activated. Otherwise, any archived data will be deleted, along with the account itself.
