Insert the current date and time in a newsletter

One of the simplest ways to make your campaign feel more engaging is by including the current date and time in your newsletter. Using personalization tags,  you can add date and time details to enhance the way your recipients interact with your newsletter. 

To insert the current date and time in a newsletter:

1. In the editor’s left pane, click the Items tab.
2. Drag and drop the Text item to an empty layout in the editing area where you want the current date and time to appear.
3. Click the text item to display the text toolbar.
4. Click the Personalization tags drop-down menu and select Current Date and Time.
   The tag #datetime# will then be added to your text. When your recipients receive your newsletter, they should see the current time in a format like this: 2023-01-25 10:08 AM 27.
   
5. To select other date or time formats, replace the #datetime# with any of the following tags:

   #mmm#
   
   #mmmm#
   
   #yy#
   
   #yyyy#
