What reporting can you see in Dashboard for your Email List

As soon as you have dispatched your email marketing campaign, the first question that will probably come to mind will be "How many people are looking at my newsletter?". In order for you to check the statistics regarding your email list, our platform has accommodated you with various reports that you can easily keep track of via your Dashboard page.
There you are allowed to see multiple charts reports pertaining to the performance of each newsletter you have sent out.

To see how it works just follow the steps described below:

A. Finding the Email List's Reports

1. At the top of your Dashboard page, hover your mouse over the Audience tab located at the top of your Dashboard page to reveal the drop-down menu and then click on the Email lists option.reporting_dashboard_email_lists_1.png

 

2. Then, tap on the name of the email list, the reports of which you would like to view. 

 

B. Navigating the Email List's Reports

1. Once inside the Dashboard page, you can view general information about your email list, more specifically the number of Active, Unsubscribed, Bounced and Archived Recipients contained in it.reporting_dashboard_email_lists_2.png

 

2. In the five boxes beneath the general information, the list's Growth, Source, Engagement by Tag,  Engagement Breakdown and Top Locations are displayed respectively. 

 

3. Observe the Growth graph, containing statistics about the total number of subscribes/unsubscribes for your chosen email list over time.reporting_dashboard_email_lists_3.png

 

4. Click on the available Week, Month or Quarter buttons to change the time-frame of the graph. 

Click on the three-dots icon in the top right corner above the graph to send the information to your account's email in CSV format, or to download it as a PDF (just select your preferred format from the drop-down menu which appears).reporting_dashboard_email_lists_4.png

 

Note that the PDF option downloads the graph as it is displayed on your screen, whereas the CSV option sends you the full data used to produce the graph as a csv file.

 

5. Check the Source graph which showcases the sources from which the members have subscribed to your email list over time.

 

6. Click on the available Week, Month or Quarter buttons to change the time-frame of the graph.

Once again, you can click on the three-dots icon in the top right corner above the chart to receive the information as a CSV file on your account's email, or download it as a PDF. Note that the PDF option will download the graph displayed on your page, whereas the CSV option will send you the data used to produce the graph.

 

7. Look at the Engagement by Tag chart, demonstrating the tabs of your more engaged subscribers based on their total opens or their total clicks.

You can also click on the three-dots icon in the top right corner above the chart to receive the information as a CSV file on your account's email, or download it as a PDF. Note that the PDFf option will download the chart displayed on your page, whereas the CSV option will send you the data used to produce the graph.

 

8. Check the Engagement Breakdown pie-chart that compares your members' engagement based on their total campaign opens. It is divided into three categories: None: 0 total opens, Low: < 3 total opens, High: > 3 total opens. 

Once more, you can click on the three-dots icon in the top right corner above the chart to receive the information as a CSV file on your account's email, or download it as a PDF. Note that the PDF option will download the graph displayed on your page, whereas the CSV option will send you the data used to produce the graph.

 

9. In the final chart, you can watch the Top Locations, showing the countries and cities where the most opens took place for this particular email list. You can toggle between the two available options: Country or City.reporting_dashboard_email_lists_5.png

 

Furthermore, click on the three-dots icon in the top right corner above the graph to send the information in CSV format to your account's email, or to download it as a PDF.

C. Additional options

Click on the three-dots icon at the top right corner of your Dashboard to open a drop-down menu, providing you with the option to either Share entire report or Print it, depending on your needs.reporting_dashboard_email_lists_6.png
