If your subscribers are kind enough to let you know when they have changed email address, that can only mean that they like your email marketing campaigns so much they would save you from the hassle of having their email bounce back. Therefore, giving them the opportunity to help you keep in touch is good practice and we totally support it - and so does our platform.
You can add an Update Profile link directly inside your campaign, just by adding the relevant personalization tag (which on this occasion is the #updateProfileLink#) while in the process of defining the content of your newsletter.
When the recipient of your campaign clicks on said link, a new window will open inside their browser, giving them the option to fill in a new name and provide you with a new email address.
Any changes they have made will apply as soon as the subscriber clicks on the Update Profile button.
The Update Profile tag isn't the only personalization tag available for you to use. There are a lot of other personalization tags which you can use to greatly enhance the experience of your subscribers.
