If you have added multiple payment methods, you can delete any payment method anytime if you don't want to use it anymore in your Moosend account. However, if you need to delete your default payment method, you first need to set a different payment method as your primary.
To delete a payment method:
- In the top navigation bar, click
and click Billing.
- In the menu on the left, click Payment methods.
- Click
next to the payment method you want to delete and click Delete.
