Email marketing deliverability is the outcome of getting an Email Marketing Campaign to reach the intended recipient’s inbox.
When setting up your account, you also have to include a few changes that will ensure that your messages will always be acceptable by email clients and you will avoid them ending up in the junk folder.
In order to achieve that, you can find a few suggestions below:
- Make sure your messages are authenticated
To minimize the chance that your messages are ever marked as spam, set up the following authentication methods that will help you increase your email marketing deliverability rates:
- Our import process takes certain precautions to make sure you do not unintentionally send marketing emails to role addresses. Email addresses under: help@, admin@, no-reply@, help-desk@ will be ignored during the import process.
- Email lists that contain a high number of invalid email addresses will be automatically rejected. In this case, you are requested to use the following integration in order to clean up your lists:
NeverBounceEmail lists that contain a high number of spam trap email addresses will be automatically rejected or corresponding accounts will be put on hold by the compliance team. In this case, you are requested to use the following services in order to clean up your lists:
EmailListVerify or EmailistValidation ( both services can detect spam traps)
- When migrating from another system / ESP, or using a dedicated IP pool, you are requested to follow an IP warm-up plan in order to protect the reputation of the sender’s domain name.
