One such feature is the option to duplicate a step within your automation's workflow, rather than having to set it up from scratch. The process of duplicating a step in your automation workflow is really simple.
Let's see how it's done:
1. Once inside your automation workflow, hover over the three dots on the right of the step you wish to duplicate.
2. Click on the Duplicate option.
A pop-up message appears at the bottom of your page, informing you that the action was successfully duplicated.
The duplicated step will appear right below the original one.
