While in the process of designing your automation workflow and choosing the appropriate triggers for it, you will be given the option to categorize the triggers, so that you only use the ones relevant to your current design. One of the categories is called Website Engagement and it involves those triggers which have to do with events related to your email campaigns and your website.
1. Click on the Website Engagement tab.
Once inside the corresponding tab, you can select the trigger you wish to use by tapping on it.
The triggers that fall under the Website Engagement category are:
- The When someone browses any page trigger
- The When someone browses a specific page trigger
- The When someone views any product trigger
- The When someone views specific products trigger
- The When someone adds any product to their cart trigger
- The When someone adds specific products to their cart trigger
- The When someone purchases any product trigger
- The When someone purchases specific products trigger
- The When someone exits any page trigger
- The When someone exits a specific page trigger
- The When custom event is recorded trigger
