Our platform has the capability to inform you when an email that you have sent out has been opened. An email has the status "Opened" when the images of the newsletter are downloaded to your recipient's device.
However, there is always a possibility that many of your recipients might be using a "Preview Panel" option in their email accounts (this is a common option in various email service providers). When they are using the Preview Panel to preview your campaign, this process does not download the newsletter's images. Therefore, it will not be tracked as a campaign open.
