Right after creating your Custom Report and adding the widgets you want, make sure you benefit from its' great potential and use its' different features to organize the widgets provided the best way you can think of.
One of these features is that you can filter your data by member, given that the widgets used can be filtered by Member. This way you can have a clear view of the metrics provided in your Custom Report based on the recipient, whose engagement you wish to monitor.
Let's see how you can make that happen:
1. At the top of your Dashboard page, hover your mouse over the Reports tab located at the top of your Dashboard page to reveal the drop-down menu and then click on the Custom Reports option.
2. Tap on the name of the custom report, the data of which you need to filter.
Your Custom Report has already been filtered by the most recently created member.
3. In case you want to change the selected member, tap on the Filter by member field at the top of your custom report.
4. Choose the member whose engagement you need to check by the list in the drop-down menu.
Now your Custom Report will be filtered based on the member you have just selected.
Please keep in mind that there are several filters to choose from that can be applied to the corresponding widgets. Furthermore, you can always export the data of each widget in order to have them at your disposal at all times.
