Subscription plans and credits
Overview of subscription plans, credits, and billing in Moosend.
You can get started with Moosend by signing up for a 30-day free trial subscription. During this trial, you'll have access to our email marketing tools and features. After the trial ends, you can choose to upgrade your subscription plan or purchase credits:
Subscription Plan - billed monthly, biannually, or yearly based on the number of subscribers in your email lists. Choose between a Pro or Enterprise plan, which can be customized to your business needs. Each subscription plan has a limit on the number of active subscribers you can have in your account, such as 5,000 active subscribers in a 5K plan.
Credits - suitable for occasional senders or those who don't want monthly fees. Purchase credits to send emails to your subscribers, with each credit equal to one email sent to one recipient. For example, to send a campaign to 5,000 subscribers, you would need 5,000 credits in your account.
If you have both a subscription plan and credits in your account, your usage is covered by the subscription plan as long as you stay within its limit for active subscribers. For example, if your plan allows 5,000 active subscribers, you can send emails to all of them without using credits. However, if you exceed your plan's subscriber limit, the additional usage will be charged against your credits. This means that if you have 10,000 email addresses on your list and want to send a campaign to all of them, the full 10,000 will be deducted from your credit balance.
Recipients with the same email address across multiple mailing lists are counted only once for billing, as billing is based on the number of unique active subscribers in your account.
