Track recipient activity


Check the activity of a specific subscriber on your campaigns.

The reporting functionality in Moosend lets you view all the aspects of your campaign's performance, even on a per-person basis. You can check the activity of a recipient on a specific campaign or check the activity of a specific recipient on all campaigns.

To track recipient activity:

  1. On the menu bar, click Reports > Campaign Reports.

  2. Click the campaign that you want to view.

  3. On the menu on the left, click Track recipient activity.

  4. To view the subscribers that have opened the campaign at least once, click Opened.

  5. To view a list of bounced subscribers, click Bounced.


    If your campaign fails to reach a subscriber, Moosend will retry up to 4 times to deliver your campaign. Campaign statistics on bounces become available usually from 1 to 2 days after sending your campaign.

  6. To view other statistics for Sent, Not Opened, Clicked, and Unsubscribed, click the corresponding tabs.


    The statistics in the Sent tab are kept for 90 days (3 months) and the statistics in the Opened and Clicked tabs are kept for 180 days (6 months).

  7. To see the activity of a particular subscriber, click their email address.

  8. To see the activity of this recipient for this specific campaign, in the left pane, click This campaign. Alternatively, to view the recipient's activity on all the campaigns that they received, click All campaigns.

  9. To download the information as a PDF, in the top-right corner of the widget you want to download, click three_dots_icon.png and click Download PDF.

  10. Optionally, you can click Export Data to export the information to your account email as a CSV file.
